Miller Industries is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its Greeneville, TN location.
As a member of Miller’s Finance team, you will compile and maintain accounts payable records by performing the essential duties described below:
- Three-way match and enter invoices
- Review invoices for proper approval and coding
- Work with receiving on price & quantity variances
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Department backup
- Assists in monthly closings and annual inventory
- Assists in pulling invoices for check run and matching with check copy
- Assists with filing
- Assists with research and special projects as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
At least 1-3 years’ experience working with Accounts Payable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
