KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Input vendor invoices, correct errors and ensure timely payments

Input credit card transactions

Reconciliation of credit cards

Returns management - check validity of internal return record. Inquire with staff when record has errors and ensure errors are corrected.

Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure items are received timely

Manufacturer incentive rebate filing

Approve shipping invoices by investigating discrepancies and disputing errors with shipping vendors

Warranty filing

Ensure vendor credits are received timely

SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM SUCCESSFULLY

• Strong interpersonal skills required—professional verbal and clear written communication as well as strong listening skills.

•Excellent time management, judgment, and problem-solving techniques to identify potential problems or trends, and elevates feedback to management to ensure a proactive approach to prevention and quality assurance with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills. Exceptional "solution-oriented" nature. Strong “proactive” stance in resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
