Founded in 1955, this private manufacturing industry leader has 9 locations around Florida with Tampa HQ. Business is growing, and they need to add an Accounts Payable Associate well-versed in ERP systems (Great Plains +++) to their accounting team!
What the Accounts Payable Associate will do…
- The Accounts Payable Associate will complete full-cycle accounts payable duties, and be able to process a high volume (100) of invoices per day.
- The Accounts Payable Associate will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
- The Accounts Payable Associate will prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
- The Accounts Payable Associate will answer all vendor inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer service with each vendor
- Prepare accounts payable checks & print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Prepare analysis of accounts and assist in monthly closings as required.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle AP experience
- Dynamics - Great Plains experience HIGHLY DESIRED, or heavy experience with other ERP systems
- Basic working knowledge of Excel
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
