Objective:
The Accounting Supervisor will help oversee and manage tasks within the finance department. The Supervisor will handle various duties and responsibilities & perform accounting and other related tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Peform tasks including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Prepare monthly reports for management & Board of Directors
- Conduct monthly fixed asset accounting
- Daily expense monitoring review
- Prepare daily & monthly reconciliations
- Prepare & process genarl ledger postings
- Assist in month-end and year end closing
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Follow accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company targets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and posting
- Perform accounting and other related duties as assigned
