If so, you may be a great fit in our organization as an Accounting Specialist, working with our incredible Senior Accounting Specialist, our outsourced CFO firm, our President, and the rest of our fantastic team.

What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:

  • Using your attention to detail, follow up and prioritization skills to process purchase orders, send invoices and quotes for renewals, execute re-activations, upgrades/downgrades and cancellations, in our fast-paced, ever-changing, highly collaborative environment.
  • Using your outstanding people and communication skills to collect payments from customers (once you’re fully onboarded), and to answer customer inquiries that come in via phone, chat and email as your capacity allows.
  • Proactively investigating and solving issues that arise with collections, including reaching out to points of contact, searching through different systems, etc.
  • Leveraging your love of technology, systems and processes, and efficiency to help us continuously improve our processes and our KPIs.
  • Demonstrating your alignment with our core values that is the FABRIC of everything we do: Fun, Authentic, Bold, Respect, Innovative and Collaborative.

Requirements

  • Reside in CO, TX, NM, OK, or FL
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounting role.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Recurly, SalesForce, and/or the Google Suite a plus.
  • Ability to spend up to one week per quarter in our Denver metro office.

The base salary for this position can range anywhere between $45-62K, depending on experience, skills, certification, education, and knowledge, in addition to the benefits listed above.
