Accounting Clerk (FT) Job at Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside
We are currently seeking new team member Accounting/Payroll Clerk at Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside.
Our property, located by one of the busiest airports in the country, offers 485 guest rooms, approximately 30.000 square feet meeting space along with resort-like amenities such as an outdoor pool, pool bar and several food and beverage outlets including a full service restaurant, coffee shop and a concierge lounge reserved for our valued frequent travelers and VIP guests.
Requirements:
- Daily cash reconciliation and revenue reporting to corporate office.
- Compile group bills.
- Accounts Receivable, maintain all accounts and process payments in a timely fashion.
- Respond to guest inquiries efficiently and promptly.
- Responsible for researching charge-backs reply within the deadlines of the credit card companies.
- Post payments and refunds.
- Payroll processing.
