Our dealership group based in Myrtle Beach, SC and we proudly serve locations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Job Description:

An Accounting Clerk is responsible for data entry, title work, and dealership accounting. Their duties include vendor management, bank reconciliation, and AP/AR.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and entering transactional data
• Auditing vehicle sales deals for compliance
• Ability to post journal entries to the General Ledger
• Assists with vendor management
• Manages payables and receivables
• Become an expert in tax and registration requirements for each state
• Submit accurate title work
• Performs other accounting duties assigned by Controller

Qualifications:

• Two years of accounting or office management experienced required
• Excel Proficiency Required
• CDK Software Experience Preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
