We’re looking for an Accountant / Accounting Assistant to join our passionate and creative team in McMinnville Oregon. This role is a hands-on accounting and administrative support position that helps our team by supporting both corporate accounting responsibilities and providing operational support, reporting directly to our West Coast Shop Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience with office management, accounting, bookkeeping, and basic HR administration with small to medium sized business operations.

Required Experience:

· 5 years’ experience in accounting.

· Proficient with Microsoft office products, with strong Excel skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

· Knowledge of GAAP and its application.

· Experience with complex ERP software like Accumatica (or Oracle / SAP etc.)

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.

· Experience with socially and environmentally conscious business models.

· Experience with business administration.

Required Education: 2-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration (4-year degree in related field preferred).
