ACCOUNT SERVICES MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and executing an implementation plan for major accounts that ensures all new accounts and Carey business requirements are recognized and set up to be accommodated throughout the Carey organization. Responsible to oversee the implementation of Carey policies and procedures that meet account and Carey's business needs. Works in partnership with the Account/Vendor Data Management Team to ensure accurate account setup and maintenance.
Responsible for guiding the business planning associated with service delivery across the Carey travel ribbon for assigned accounts. Accountable for the day-to-day contact with accounts to service and grow the account relationship in an effort to drive incremental revenues. Exercises initiative and judgment on a regular basis that serves the best interests of the client in conjunction with the best interests of Carey. Follows needs of accounts from beginning to end along all customer touchpoints to ensure service issues are avoided, to the highest degree possible. If customer issues arise, work with Operations and Service Providers to create proactive problem resolutions.
Responsible to understand clients’ reporting needs and work within Carey to ensure reports are obtained and submitted to clients accurately and timely. Responsible to ensure the total customer service experience is unparalleled from beginning to end.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Four-year college degree, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Five years experience in position(s) with customer-facing responsibilities; with at least 2 years working as a customer service senior agent or supervisor, or as a sales executive or account manager.
Skills:
· Excellent customer service skills, showing attention to the fulfillment of customers’ needs
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent ability to successfully interface with clients and handle multiple priorities concurrently
· Proficient in the use of a computer, with accurate and efficient Data Entry skills
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Detail-oriented
· Strong organizational competency
· Strong foundation in managing a demanding customer base
· Demonstrated experience operating within a culture of accountability
· Skilled in conflict resolution
