Account Receivable

Established for over 40 years, Delicious Unlimited is a catering company, located in Gurnee, IL; Delicious is one of the industry leaders in food service provider to daycare, preschools, private K8 schools, and adult daycare in Illinois and Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a dependable, highly motivated Account Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must be an accurate, fast, numbers person who loves learning and growing, as well as relating to people. You must be a self-motivated go-getter.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform duties related to the General ledger and related journals
• Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Support all areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
• Support team members in all areas of general office and clerical duties
• Assume responsibility for other related duties as required or assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or G.E.D. is required
• 1-3 years of general accounting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly productive and able to work independently, and within a team
• Proficiency with QuickBooks & Excel
• Accounting system knowledge/experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to process and enter data in systems accurately
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Education:

• Accounts Receivable: 2 years (Required)

· High school or equivalent (Required)

Work authorization:

· United States (Required)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
