Position Responsibilities

• Home Healthcare Recruitment: Proactively recruiting on a daily basis for qualified healthcare professionals and skilled nurses to become employees of Together Homecare.
• Employee Retention: Building long-lasting relationships with Together Homecare staff; managing their employment and finding them home healthcare opportunities based on their work experience and availability to minimize turnover from your recruiting efforts.
• Managing a Current Business Portfolio: Providing the best homecare experience for clients currently receiving home healthcare services. This is done by managing their care and the staff who are providing their care both clinically and operationally.
• Growing the Business: Working with a team, and independently, to network by means of inside sales and outside sales with hospital-based systems, independent case management companies, long-term care insurance providers, and more to sell our services to their clients in need of home healthcare services. You will strategize on how to increase business development in the community; and based on the business relationships you form with referral sources educating them on the services Together Homecare offers, help us to grow by admitting new clients and their families to Together Homecare.
