Eko is seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive success. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in medical device, SaaS, healthcare technology and/or other industries with complex sales cycles coupled with strong leadership. The position will require a value-driven approach to developing client relationships through targeted account strategy and account planning, understanding client needs and matching those with Eko’s capabilities. This includes implementing Eko’s business strategy, directly impacting our growth and activating a B2B and effectively managing Accounts.

As an Account Manager, You Will:
- Implement the vision, mission and revenue growth strategy for the telehealth business, supporting Eko’s goal of growing your area by $1M
- Provide support to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with the business direction and supports the accomplishment of the overall business objectives
- Partner with Marketing to develop and deploy Sales tools and messaging
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Work day-to-day with Eko’s customer service teams and subject matter experts, providing data science engagements as well as commercial due diligence, value creation, and exit planning engagements for our clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Engage on site with key customers when necessary
- Identify and actively monitor KPIs, milestones and other measurement activities for the sales team to measure and improve its success over time, and also quickly recognize opportunities and deficiencies that need to be addressed
As an Account Manager, You Have:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience selling medical devices and/or SaaS based platforms in the healthcare industry
- Possess a clear understanding of changing healthcare environment marketing, client positioning and competitive market forces
- Expert-level complex selling skills with proven knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques
- Detailed and process oriented; capable of setting new processes as well as streamlining existing processes
- Self-starter looking for ways to sell smarter and not just sell harder to include expanding existing business within current accounts while prospecting for new accounts
As an Account Manager, We Would Appreciate If You Have:
- Experience in selling medical devices and/or telehealth and/or virtual care across physician specialties.
- Basic clinical understanding of cardio/pulmonary systems
- Experience in working collaboratively with clinical and technical teams in software training in implementation in the healthcare environment.
