Account Manager/ Inside Sales Consultant Job at CHG Healthcare

As a Sales Consultant at RNnetwork in Boca Raton, FL, you will be a part of a fast-paced and award-winning sales environment. Every day you will help clients find travel nurses to fill positions in hospitals and clinics all over the country.
Responsibilities:

Maintain existing pipeline of clients while developing new positions for our travelers
- Establish and maintain communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationship with RNnetwork
- Facilitate placement of travelers into client’s facilities by matching traveler skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials to the client’s need
- Maintain regular contact with client during assignment to ensure satisfaction with traveler’s performance
- Maintain daily goals as set by leader.
Qualifications:
- “Hunter sales” mentality with the ability to grow, manage and maintain a book of business
- At least one year of work experience, with a track record of success, in the direct sales of products or professional services
- Professional level written and oral communications skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- High-quality sales/customer service skills
- Skillful at developing relationships and building rapport with clients
