Shipt's CPG offering is growing within the organization and we are searching for the next Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will own key relationships with Brands & Manufacturers day-to-day.
The Account Manager is our delivery lead within a partner engagement - coordinating a cross-functional team in operating multi-channel campaigns, project managing efforts to meet campaign launch dates, and coordinating the team in key touch points with partners (weekly/monthly status meetings and QBRs).
An ideal Account Manager has an eye for detail, is results oriented, and brings a growth mindset to partnerships - helping both our brand partners and Shipt grow over time.

Your Responsibilities

Build and nurture a strong and strategic partnership with CPGs through thoughtful communication, regular business reviews, reporting and innovative opportunities.

Manage set up, monitoring, and reporting of partner campaigns - covering promotional and retail media tactics - ensuring both external and internal teams are aligning to partner KPIs and campaign goals.

Own the day-to-day relationship with established and emerging CPG partners.

Lead in the preparation of and participate in strategic partner meetings .

Work cross-functionally across internal teams - especially with partners in Ad Sales, CPG - to maximize partner growth across Shipt.

As opportunities arise, take the lead on special tasks and/or projects and serve as a team liaison.

Proactively identify opportunities to grow partners’ businesses, such as capitalizing on new product launches or strategic optimizations to campaigns.

Utilize internal tools and dashboards to develop a deep understanding of partners’ business and campaign performance, drawing insights and identifying areas of incremental growth opportunities.

Accurately track partner budgets, assisting with invoicing and accountability towards internal reporting.

Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying roadblocks and collaborating on solutions.

Report on project progress to internal teams and partners.
Requirements

5+ years of experience

Demonstrated excellent client-facing and internal communication experience, both verbal and written

Demonstrated experience in an extremely detail-oriented role with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Demonstrated strong project management skills

Previous experience reviewing data and drawing conclusions

Ability to travel as needed

Strongly prefer candidates with experience in account/client management at an agency or in-house - particularly in retail media and digital media

Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to create and define new processes

Experience in the CPG space is preferred but not required
