Position Title: Account Manager

Position Summary:

The Insurance Loft is seeking a driven insurance professional who is passionate about their career. As a member of our commercial lines service team, you will work closely with clients and prospects to create a positive company image and welcoming presence.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively, both digitally and verbally, with clients, prospects, and team members.
• Assist internal team members by completing service tasks related to commercial lines insurance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client’s experience, coverage, and perception of The Insurance Loft.
• Embody education by explaining the importance, purpose, and strategies related to insurance.
• Take pride in processing quotes, endorsements, and certificates in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.
• Manage multiple incoming communication sources and create unified and helpful outputs.

Account Manager Requirements:

• Have an active insurance license (P&C).
• A minimum of one year of independent insurance experience.
• Practical communication skills by the phone, email, text, and chat.
• Familiarity with insurance management systems and commercial lines insurance carriers/E&S markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
