We are assisting our North Houston client to hire an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to oversee their CSR Team. Your daily duties include receiving and processing orders, entering order details in the system, and following up with orders and shipping status while maintaining customer relationships with high-volume accounts. Senior Customer Service’s Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls taking orders, general inquiries, and account resolution
- And make sure products are available for shipping
- Support sales team and salesperson with special project requests or materials
- Enter order information regarding new order
- Monito, mentor, and oversee the Customer Service Team
- Allocate inventory from all locations
- Enter customer quotes into the system
- Track inventory levels and notify management of low levels
- Project order and reorder status, update caller and give ETA of receiving the product
- Responsible for rush orders and ensuring that deadlines are met and shipped
- Build relationships with customers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with customers as well as heavy data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Management skills by articulating thoughts and ideas to the team members
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects using time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as cross-functionally
- Experience the full cycle of the product ordering process
- Required Experience:
