HES is seeking Account Manager to help oversee custodial operations in Colquitt County Area between multiple locations within the Area
As an Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, assist with staffing/recruiting and onboarding efforts, communicate with the customers daily, and resolve any issues that need immediate attention. The position will also be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Prompt, regular attendance
- Facilities Management experience
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of people
- Willingness to learn and adapt to constant changes
- Plan, organize and schedule shifts, rotations & candidate interviews
- Analyze, Forecast, and take action to maintain Budgets
- Conduct frequent meetings with staff to review plans, policies, conflict resolution, and to receive feedback
- Able to lead, motivate, and manage teams, as well as individuals
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, resolve problems, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and independently resolve issues and problems, as they relate to the job responsibilities.
- Open and willing to incorporate change to meet the ever-changing needs.
- Flexible schedule which includes evening and weekends.
Additional Information / Benefits
$50K - $60K Depending on Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with specific attention to detail
- Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detailed oriented
- Previous management experience and training experience
- Safety knowledge and reporting
- Supervisory experience working with unionized environment
Physical Requirements:
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Area/Account Manager to successfully perform their essential functions of this job
- Lift up to 30-50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
- Walk up to 8 hours per day and be standing up
- Climb ladders, scaffolds up to 6' high, and go up and down stairs throughout the day
- Able to use basic hand tools, power blowers and operate cleaning equipment.
