Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related program
  • Five additional years of professional sales experience may substitute for degree
    • Two years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and/or Business Strategy
    • Three years’ experience with professional sales in this industry or a related industry
    • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in road building and or maintenance
  • Comfortable in meeting with and presenting in front of various decision makers
  • Experience in value added vs. commodity sales
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies, sales and order processes
  • Represented ability to read and understand financial statements, proformas, and budgets
  • Experience in creating a business plan
  • Experience developing key performance indicators necessary for success
  • Knowledge of CRM and business operations IFS software
  • Knowledge of expense budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and, therefore, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and set policies and initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively use CRM and sales reports to generate metrics and dashboards
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Ability to reason and apply principles of logic to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Working knowledge of Oil and Gas production industry
  • Working knowledge of the mining industry
  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables, to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions is essential to the performance of this job
  • Excellent communication verbal and written skills
  • Must be highly proficient with understanding basic computer programs
  • Proven ability to “think outside the box” when it comes to prospecting sales and the sales thought processes
  • High level of proficiency using a Smart phone (Apple or Android), the computer, MS Office Software programs, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, the Internet and other general business software; To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Database, accounting and order fulfillment software (i.e., IFS-ERP system), and CRM systems.

Job Summary

The Account Manager will sell bulk and packaged products to small and large businesses and industrial establishments, county and state governments and their affiliates The Account Manager is responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales goals within current core industries and emerging industries and markets. This position is responsible for prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customers. As a member of a nation-wide Sales Team, the Account Manager works as an ambassador and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. The main goals are to support and service existing customers with current product needs, educate customers on best practices and uses of products offered, create opportunities to sell value-add and premium products to new and existing customers, and provide sustainable predictable growth for EnviroTech Services, Inc. The Account Manager will develop quotes and contracts for products in coordination with company-wide costing and procurement guidelines.

As the primary representative in the designated area for EnviroTech Services, the Account Manager will engage in face-to-face sales calls as well as utilize multiple technology mediums such as cell phone and email to create long term business relationships and position EnviroTech Services as the preferred supplier of the product categories we market. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Region Operations team as well as the EnviroTech Services, Inc. various corporate services departments to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stake holders.
