ACCOUNT MANAGER DETAILS:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $36,000.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday from 08:00am to

05:00pm)

• Account Manager primary duty is the oversight of operational

success and client experience of the appointed customers.

• Responsible for managing complex account relationships for the

organization's large regional customers.

• Focus on building productive customers' relations.
• Manage overall account relationships for customers to ensure

excellent customer service during implementation, the transition to
operations and ongoing maintenance of the account.

• Primary point of liaison with customer on all business-related

matters.

• Maintain overview of the account status at all times and report as

required using agreed tools.

• Ensure Key Performance Indicators and benchmarks are being met. Use

these indicators to drive internal process improvements.

• Print and process driver paperwork
• Delegation of warehouse operations upon receiving orders.

ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Account Manager must have 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, ability to problem solve
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to be highly productive while keeping cool under pressure.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
