Role Summary

The Account Executive will have a strong background in selling in the project management portfolio space and will lead our sales efforts in these markets globally. In this role you will perform the following duties:

  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
  • Meet with prospective clients to discuss requirements and answer questions
  • Perform product demonstrations to assist clients in understanding the solution
  • Configure customer-specific demo scenarios
  • Support prospective clients in trials and other product assessments
  • Enter and maintain opportunities in Microsoft CRM
  • Develop presentations and proposals as part of sales process to illustrate benefits from use of products or services.
  • Prepare and administer sales proposals and contracts
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy; verify price and initiate sales orders.
  • Work with Accounting and Customer to set-up new customers
  • Manage sales reports
  • Promote sales to existing clients. Identify and solicit potential clients by analyzing and summarizing information and trends related to the competition.

Must Haves:

  • Experience selling software in the project portfolio management (PPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Accounting space
  • Experience in the Microsoft space selling solutions built on Microsoft
  • Familiar with Power Platform
  • Have used Microsoft Project
  • Track record selling to large enterprise customers
  • Must have 5+ years experience

  • Strong communicator
  • Technical ability to demonstrate the solution, answer customer questions, create demo scenarios and help troubleshoot customer issues
  • Leverage abilities and apply forward-thinking sales solutions
  • Connect well with all types of customers.
  • Exceptional networking skills complemented with outstanding telephone etiquette is a great plus.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform considered a plus
