Account Analysis Officer Job at First Hawaiian Bank
We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Account Analysis Officer to join our Treasury Management Servicing team. In this role, the individual oversees the Account Analysis function for First Hawaiian Bank, including month end billing, and related services such as the Analysis eStatement, research and analysis, and 822 files. Assists throughout the Bank, and customers with Analysis questions and requests. Performs on-site training for employees and provides reporting as needed.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years’ experience in banking required
- 1 year experience with Account Analysis required
- 3-5 years’ experience in banking preferred
- Experience with online systems such as online banking systems, websites and web applications preferred
- Able to plan, organize and forecast account analysis fee/income projections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to meet strict deadlines with short time frames
