Job Description:

The A&P Mechanic position is responsible for the aircraft to operate properly and securely, based on the regulations put into place. We are looking to hire a qualified aircraft mechanic to help with the maintenance and repair of our customers' aircraft. We are looking for someone who demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. An expert aircraft mechanic should have excellent communication and analytical skills, and is dedicated to learning and growing in this field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform the job effectively, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.

• Perform regular system inspections
• Maintain systems and equipment
• Use gauges and diagnostic tests to detect malfunctions
• Repair or replace broken aircraft parts
• Perform troubleshooting
• Keep maintenance and repair logs
• Use power and hand tools
• Understand and apply guidelines from manuals and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with regional safety regulations
• Collaborate with other mechanics and electricians

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with drilling equipment
• Previous experience as an aircraft mechanic or in a similar position
• Strong mechanical ability and skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Aptitude for working with complex equipment and understanding technology

Pay / benefits

• $24 an hour
• After a year you will qualify for vacation/ holidays
