Job Outline:
Remington Hotels, a national provider of hotel management services, is looking for an enthusiastic Retirement and ComplianceAnalyst that will play a vital role in the Corporate Human Resources Department.The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for excellence, focuses on details, and lives breathes data. The 401K andCompliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Benefits Compliance Analytics.
401K and Compliance Analyst:
- Annual Benefits Compliance Audits including but not limited to: 401K Audits, Retirement, 5500 R etc.
- Compliance analyst will analyze data in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Responsiblefor monitoring and documenting compliance activities, advising management on compliance matters.
- Ensure employee benefit plans fully compliant with all employee benefits laws – such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA,HIPAA, etc.
- Interface with internal Benefit Audit questions.
- Interfaces directly with Benefit vendors' subject matter experts to build relationships and meet evolving Benefits andCompliance needs, while documenting business processes and rules.
- ADHOC Benefits Compliance Auditing
- Create Standard Operating Manual (SOP) on the Benefits Compliance Analytics.
- Experience in 401K, Human Resources, Compliance, Benefits, or Financial Analysis is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, preferred.
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
