Exciting 3D Printing Outside Sales Representative Opportunity with leading 3D design & manufacturing solutions provider, Hawk Ridge Systems!

Please note: This position can be worked remotely, but will require travel to our San Jose, CA office as well as travel within the Northern CA territory.

As we continue to expand throughout North America, we are on track to double our 3D Printing business this year. Therefore, we are looking for another ambitious, goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record of sales and account management success to join our 3D printing team. In this role, you will be managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business while hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS 3DP OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE?

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience (preferable solution selling and/or technology or equipment sales)
  • You have a history of hitting quota selling a range of products and services by running a successful sales meeting, getting to the core challenges your customers face, and explaining the value proposition and ROI
  • You possess outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills and a passion and enthusiasm for proactively calling on customers to identify obstacles and problem solve while finding a solution to best fit their needs
  • You are knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • You have experience with MS Office and NetSuite
  • You are an autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented, and a self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, and utilizing your outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the base pay range for this role is between $81,600 and $122,400. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
