3D Printing Field Service Engineer Job at SFN
ATTENTION: This position will require 3-4 trips to Israel 3 weeks at a time for training over the first 12 months.
Position requires up to 60% travel and reasonable access to a large airport in the Eastern US.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, application support, on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support both on-site with customers and remotely via tools and CRM.
· Work on problems to resolution based on defined SLA, analysis of system and customer situations. And work with other company teams for collaboration and escalation when needed.
· On-site customer visits – Site preparation, Installations, Upgrades, Preventative maintenance, and break-fix activities
· Customers and Distributors remote support
· Customers call handling (A-Z)
· Troubleshoot, diagnose and report systems symptoms
· Technical writing assistance
· Maintain ongoing communication with the customers – Proactive approach
· Training to distributors and customer
Experience:
· At least 3 years of experience installing and supporting multi-disciplinary systems (high mix – low volume)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mechanical /Electrical, Engineer or Practical Engineering background
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent technical skills
- Languages: Excellent English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
