Starting at $22/hour for 2nd shift (including shift differential), this is an entry-level Manufacturing Associate position. Our growth structure ensures that employees can advance into higher levels, bringing with it a pay increase and endless opportunities for professional development.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
• Stand for several hours at a time, as well as bend and stretch
• Proven ability to work well within a team
• Any previous manufacturing experience is a plus, especially in the food industry

JOB OBJECTIVE: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing duties on and off the production line related to preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of product in accordance with Stonewall Kitchen standards.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Perform all stations on the manufacturing line
• Visually inspects products to ensure quality is achieved
• Hand-finish work on product, including tie tags, labels, and pre-ticketing and any other miscellaneous table work required
• Utilize pallet trucks to assist with movement of finished product
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift and at the end of the shift
• Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate personnel
• Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment, including food safety
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Successfully follow Module 9, GMP, HACCP, and SOP policies and procedures
