Job Description
We are looking for a student who is available to work from January 2023 - June 2023. The responsibilities will include: Analog circuit design, simulation, verification, and production ramp support of highly integrated, high volume ICs for high-growth, fast-paced, and competitive wireless handset market. Knowledge of RF circuit experience a plus. Familiarity with cellular standards will be useful. The candidate must be able to work well with other design engineers, system engineers and CAD layout designers.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering BS or MS (preferred) program
- We will not consider students who have already graduated
- Knowledge of semiconductors, analog circuits and RF design fundamentals.
- Understanding of basic analog IC building blocks like bias, bandgap, LDO, op-amp, etc.
- Understanding of design parameters like gain, noise, non-linearity, stability, etc.
- Exposure to a lab testing setup and environment including commonly used test equipment like network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, frequency generator and etc.
- Familiarity and experience with circuit design tools like Cadence and be familiar with CMOS/bipolar/SOI devices and models.
- Use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required to perform job duties successfully.
- Position requires good communication and presentation skills.
