We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, and handling objections. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. It’s essential that our sales representatives be personable and professional. We provide a 2 week classroom paid training. Call Center Sales Representative

*Guaranteed commission for the first 90 days! *

Month 1- $400

Month 2- $500

Month 3- $600

Average 1st Year Commission $ 19,200.00

Average 2nd Year Commission $ 34,800.00

**Opportunity for Full Time Employment !**

Job Summary:

• Contact, sell and service existing customers and prospective customers by telephone (via Predictive Dialer Technology; no cold calling)
• Process accepted orders, maintain accurate records, and provide the necessary follow-up.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Inform designated company sales personnel of possible leads, accepted orders, and quotations.
• Update and maintain the customer computerized database.
• Inside Sales Representative/ Call Center environment
• Outbound call center experience and successfully hitting a monthly quota
• Makes an average of 150 dials/day using with an estimated 30 dials/order (Est. 5 orders/day)
• Participates in daily, weekly and monthly incentives to reward performance and create a healthy competitive environment.

The Type of Person We Are Looking For:

• Confident, sales driven mentality
• People who are motivated to make a high number of outbound calls
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a call center environment
• Recent sales experience carrying and successfully hitting a monthly quota
• Business-to-business sales experience
• Inside Sales Representative/ Call Center experience

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00AM to 5:30PM
• Temp to Hire Opportunity

Supplemental Pay:

• $45,000 to $75,000 Pay Range
• First 90 Days Guaranteed Commission
• Hourly base pay plus monthly commission
